My journey has been anything but ordinary. Through every step, I've focused on staying true to my values and making space for thoughtful, lasting work. I truly believe in advocating for people who cannot advocate for themselves, or for people who need help navigating the complex Minnesota Disability Waivers system.

I am a certified CDCS support planner who has comprehensive experience as a disability waiver case manager and truly understands the barriers clients face daily. I use my knowledge and experience to deliver a truly personalized plan, making individuals and their support teams feel heard.

As a support planner, I am willing to go that extra step that other support planners may not go, and that waiver case managers CAN’T go. Since this program is designed to be consumer directed, contracted or county case managers are not able to provide in-depth support that families sometimes need.
